Hi, I’m an ER physician, functional health coach, group fitness trainer, mom… and once upon a time, a woman who felt completely burnt out by her own body. 

Despite doing “everything right,” I was inflamed, exhausted, and stuck. 

And when I turned to the system I worked in — the same system I trained in — it told me what it tells most women: “Your labs are fine.”

We can provide itemized receipts and documentation if needed.

Are Labs Included In The Program?
